Shipping conditions

The order is processed in 1 to 6 business days.
Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping cost:
Shipping costs to Spain are free. We use local transport solutions such as Correos or MRW. We choose the best carrier based on your delivery area.

Track your package:
All our packages are shipped with a tracking number. This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery as soon as you get your tracking number (within 2 business days at the latest after placing your order).

Click Track My Order and enter your tracking number. It will be emailed to you.

We ship packages from our warehouses in Europe.

In case of return:
The product must be returned in the package, in new condition and in its original packaging. See the returns and refunds policy .

Package not received (lost):
If you have not received your package within 30 days of placing your order, please contact our customer service by email so they can confirm that a new package has been sent to you.
